A joint development of the Hot Rod Distiller company and the R&D laboratory of the Enzim Company PJSC (a Ukrainian yeast manufacturer with a hundred-year history).
Charcoal works throughout the fermentation process, but once the process is complete, the charcoal will further eliminate odor and settle dead yeast cells.
Method of use:
Add 5 - 7 kg of sugar to 25 liters of water at 35˚C. Mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Wait until the water temperature reaches 23-25 °C. Mix the contents of this sachet. Leave to ferment at 20-30˚C. The optimal temperature is 25˚C.
5 or 6 kg of sugar - fermentation occurs in 48 hours
7 kg of sugar - fermentation occurs in 3-4 days
