Yeast Alcotec Mega Pack 100 liters is an excellent quality and always a stable result. This turbo yeast is designed to ferment 25-30 sugars. The maximum volume is 120 liters. Yes, the manufacturer claims 100 liters, but this yeast processes more than the maximum declared amount of sugar, and you will accordingly receive a larger amount of product from one pack.

How to use correctly:

• We take raw materials of 25-30 kg, fill them with water at 30 ⁰C in the proportion of 1 part / 3.5-5 of water.

• Stir and after complete dissolution of the yeast, spread it evenly on the surface (no need to stir).

• After "launching" the yeast, put it under a water seal (it is possible without it).

The process must take place at a temperature not lower than 23 ⁰C, the optimum temperature for this yeast is considered to be 27 ⁰C. The number of days of fermentation will depend on the temperature and hydromodulus (sugar/water ratio).

Follow the rules - clean water, high-quality sugar, temperature. To achieve the best quality, we recommend lighting and using bentonite or illuminators, which give excellent results.

The bred strain Alcotec Mega Pack is an extremely powerful yeast, the process is very fast. They have a high tolerance to alcohol content (up to 18%).

Don't let the temperature rise above 35 ⁰C, which can kill the yeast, lowering the temperature, on the contrary, can slow down the process. Leave a space of 3-4 cm in the fermentation tank for foaming.
