Description

Tarrated column with larger ProCap cups, which operate at a pressure of up to 5 kW. The cups are placed in the center with an opening for phlegm, which makes them universal. There is no need to install an evil catcher. There is no need to install a bunch of expensive bubblers. One ProCap operates over a very wide range of up to 5000 W.

The principle of operation of scooping plates lies in the fact that the working middle, which is found, fills the plate until liquid partitions. In this case, the buckets are completely locked in the middle. The steam passes through the gaps of the buckets and bubbles through the ball of the working middle.

A 3-inch tarry column with a reflux condenser and a refrigerator is intended for distilling mash in a moonshine still. It allows you to extract pure and aromatic distillates from fruit, grape, grain and pulp drinks.

Recommendations for use

To distill mash, you need to fill the cube with mash and install a column on the cube. After this you can stop heating.

When heating the mash, steam is starting to build up in the column. The steam rises along the column and condenses on the plates. The condensation that settles on the plates is called phlegm.

The phlegm flows down the column and mixes with the steam. This will help you separate the steam from alcohol and water.

Pure alcohol rises up in a column and leaves the reflux condenser.

To select distillate, you need to install a tap on the collection spout. Then you can start selecting.
