Mode of application:
Braga with fruit (example)
Pour 25 liters of fruit mash into a container at a temperature of 25-30 °C. Pour the contents of the bag into the wort and mix thoroughly. Leave to ferment at a temperature of 20 to 30 C for 4-5 days.
Ideal fermentation temperature is 25 °C. Maximum t - 35 °C.
Fruit juice mash (example)
Pour 25 liters of fruit juice into a container at a temperature of 25-30 °C. Pour the contents of the bag into the wort and mix thoroughly. Leave to ferment at a temperature of 20 to 30 C for 4-7 days.
Ideal fermentation temperature is 25 °C. Maximum t - 35 °C.
Depending on the acidity of the juice, fermentation may take a little longer.
