Medicinal herbal liqueur Tibarin, created by Swiss Benedictine monks.
At the end of the 19th century, they founded a monastery in Tibar, 150 kg west of Tunisia, and for more than a hundred years they have been making a liquor from medicinal herbs there.
Natural herbs give the liquor special properties and aromas. If taken in moderation, Tibarine will aid in digestion. It is customary to take tibarin in its pure form, as an exciting aperitif, at the end of a great dinner or as a long drink.
