A completely traditional and at the same time new drink. The diverse palette of taste sensations is dominated by soft pepper tones. The light sweetness of the drink is complemented by expressive notes of spice.
Recipe for Ukrainian tincture with pepper:
Pour the ingredients from the package into 21 liters of vodka or double distilled moonshine with a strength of 40-45%.
Mix and store in a dark, cool place for 3-4 weeks. Shake the infusion periodically.
Filter, add 200-300 grams of sugar (honey) if desired, and let rest for 5-7 days.
