Hot Pepper Vodka infusion kit 1liter

One of the most famous Ukrainian vodkas. It is known in Ukraine and far beyond its borders. The presence of several red pepper pods in the bottle, a slightly pungent taste and peppery aroma distinguish it from other vodkas.

You will need:

- 1 liter (1 qt) 40% (80-proof) alcohol, vodka or Neutral Grain Spirit
- This kit

Preparation: 

Pour the ingredients from the package with alcohol or vodka. Stir and set aside into a dark, cool place for 2-3 weeks. Shake the infusion periodically. Filter. You may want to add 15 grams (0,5 oz) of sugar (or honey) and let it rest for another 5-7 days.
