It is especially appreciated in the Caucasus, Asia, Europe and Arab countries. The taste of estragon is slightly sharp and refreshing, has a very peculiar smell, spicy, with hints of anise and mint.
You will need:
- 1000 ml (1 qt) of 40% (80-proof) alcohol, vodka or Neutral Grain Spirit

Preparation:
Put all the ingredients from the kit into a jar, add the alcohol. Set it to a dark warm place. Infusion lasts for 10-14 days. After that, the infusion should be filtered through a cotton filter and may be tasted. If the taste is too strong – add a teaspoon of sugar – just to soften. The drink should not be sweet!
