Horseradish Vodka infusion kit 1liter

Horseradish infusion is appreciated not only for its expressiveness, but also for its healing power. With its help, you can drive out any cold. Lemon zest and confectionery spices like cinnamon and nutmeg will soften horseradish’s tough temper.

You will need:

- 1000 ml (1 qt) of 40% (80-proof) alcohol, vodka or Neutral Grain Spirit
- 15 - 30 grams (0,5 – 1 oz) of honey
- This kit

Preparation:

Put the contents of the kit into a jar add 2/3 of alcohol. You may want to add 15 – 30 grams (0.5 – 1 oz) of honey. Put the jar in a cool dark place for 5 days and stir 1-3 times a day. After 5 days, filter the infusion, and add 1/3 of alcohol and put the drink for 3-4 days to rest.
