Preparation:
Take 500 ml of alcohol with a strength of 96% for infusing spices.
Infusion of spices:
Pour all the spices from the kit with alcohol.
Close the container and leave in a dark place for 2 weeks so that the spices give off their aromas.
Filtration:
After infusing, filter the liquid using a coffee or cotton filter and pour the filtered bitter into a clean container.
Preparation of syrup:
Mix 180 g of cane sugar with 450 ml of water.
Heat until sugar dissolves, cool to room temperature.
Completion of the bitter:
Carefully pour the cooled syrup into the tincture and mix thoroughly.
