About product Hop Simcoe® (USA) 50 g

Country of cultivation: USA.

Bred in the USA in 2000. A variety with a high potential for bitterness and a low content of cohumulone, therefore it has a dual purpose. Also, due to its unique aroma, it is ideal for dry hopping: AIPA, Black IPA, Imperial AIPA.

 

Aromatic profile: earthy, citrus (passion fruit), coniferous.

 

Beer styles: India Pale Ale, American India Pale Ale, Double India Pale Ale.

 

Replacement: Magnum, Summit.

  

Packed in original Yakima Chief bags, which are an excellent barrier against oxidation, thanks to which the hops retain the highest parameters, at least until the expiration date indicated on the package.

beta-pinene 0.5 - 1.0% of oil,

linalool 0.3 - 0.8% oil,

geraniol 0.8% oil.
