Developed and grown by Hop Breeding in 2012. Mosaic® HBC 369 contains a high percentage of alpha acid and has a unique and complex aroma profile that pairs favorably with a variety of beers. This is a hybrid of Simcoe® YCR 14 and Nugget. Mosaic® is named after the artistic combination of aromas and flavors it is able to present.
