Double Snake C48 Turbo Yeast is a new series of turbo yeast from Scottish manufacturer Hambleton Bard, Alcotec trademark - Double Snake C48 Turbo Yeast, which is essentially an extreme yeast for processing sucrose, capable of fermenting 6 kg of sugar within 48 hours, while obtaining up to 14% strength.
According to the manufacturer's instructions, there are four ways to apply:
1. 14% for two days - 6 kg of sugar should be dissolved in 20 liters of water, temperature 20-35°C;
2. 17% for three days - 7 kg of sugar should be dissolved in 20 liters of water, temperature 20-30°C;
3. 19% for five days - 8 kg of sugar should be dissolved in 20 liters of water, temperature 20-27°C;
4. 21% for 7-10 days - 9kg of sugar should be dissolved in 20l of water, temperature 18-24°C.
Application:
Dissolve 6 to 9 kg of sugar in 20 liters of hot water. When the temperature of the liquid drops to 25-30°C, add the contents of the bag and mix the liquid thoroughly for a minute. The recommended fermentation temperature is 20-30°C. Optimal - 25°С.
