Characteristic
Belgian wheat malt. Dried at temperatures up to 80 - 85 °C.
Properties
It gives the beer a characteristic wheat aroma. It is mainly used in the production of wheat beers and varieties with a high malt content (3 - 5%). It contains a large amount of proteins, thanks to which the beer brewed on its basis acquires saturation, and the foam becomes firm.
Application
Wheat beer, white, light varieties with low alcohol content, non-alcoholic beer. Up to 35% mixture.
