A household electromechanical press is designed for pressing one or more wheels of cheese at home. The cheese pressing press is made in the form of a scale with a frame, while placing the head of cheese in the mold on the platform and pressing the “start” button, the scales are tared, after which you select the desired cheese pressing weight (up to 30 kg) and the cheese press begins pre-pressing the head with a constant pressure, taking into account the subsidence of the head with an accuracy of 10 grams.

 The press controller screen constantly displays information about the cheese pressing time and the current pressing weight.

 The cheese press comes fully assembled and is ready to use right out of the box. The frame of the press for pressing cheese is made of steel 4 mm thick, coated with powder enamel, which contributes to an unlimited service life of the cheese press, with proper care. The working surface of the cheese press and the press piston are made of food grade non-magnetic stainless steel 304.

With our press you can press soft cheeses, such as Brynza, Adygei, Roquefort, semi-hard cheeses, such as Russian, Gouda and hard grated cheeses, such as Parmesan and Dzhugas.
