Blanidas-Z Star is a heavy duty, low foam, liquid caustic detergent that is suitable for all water hardness and is used in CIP systems, bottle washers and other washing systems. Highly effective cleaner for removing a wide range of organic contaminants, which prevents the appearance of plaque.

Properties

Neutralizes and completely washes away caustic residues from surfaces after its use. It can be used on various types of CIP equipment in the brewery, heat exchangers, pipelines, filler and keg lines in the beer industry. Suitable for two-level CIP cleaning of equipment in dairies and fryers/cookers in the grocery industry.

Mode of application

The agent is applied at 0.3 - 5% w/w, from room temperature to 80°C depending on the application and type of soiling. After use, the drug must be thoroughly washed off surfaces in contact with food.
