The copper level is a key element of a disc column for moonshine brewing. It is responsible for separating the mash components into fractions during distillation.

The level is made of food grade copper M1, which ensures uniform heating and high distillation efficiency. The caps located on the plate help separate the components of the mash and produce a highly purified distillate.
