A new take on the classics with our set of spices for veal kebab in a classic marinade!
This set of spices is carefully selected to bring out all the rich and delicate flavors of the veal. Dried onions add lightness and sweetness, while black pepper adds heat and brightness to the dish. Smoked and black salt accentuate the natural taste of meat, and sweet paprika complements the range of flavors with a slight piquancy.
All you need is to mix the contents of this spice set with mineral water to create a marinade. Then place the meat in the marinade and leave it in the refrigerator for several hours. This will allow the meat to absorb the flavor of the spices and become more tender and juicy.

- 2 kg veal or beef
- 500 ml highly carbonated mineral water
Preparation:
Cut the veal into pieces. Mix the contents of this set of spices with 0.5 liters of highly carbonated mineral water. Place the meat in a deep bowl and pour over the marinade. Cover the bowl with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours to allow the meat to absorb the flavors of the spices and become more tender. Thread the pieces of meat onto skewers. Grill or grill until done (there should be a slight pink tint in the middle).
