SWEET FRUIT JUICE OR CIDR

As high in alcohol as you want, from apples, pears, berries or grapes. You can determine the alcohol content yourself: the shorter the cask remains open after filling, the less fermentation occurs and the lower the alcohol content (no more than 10 bar due to fermentation).

LOW ALCOHOL SWEET JUICE

From apples, pears, berries, etc. Almost without alcohol, by adding carbon dioxide: reduced secondary fermentation, freshness for a month (no more than 10 bar).

Fill your keg with fresh wine, cider, beer or sparkling wine just like in a pub: only 0.5 to 1 bar carbon dioxide pressure keeps the drink fresh for months and provides the necessary pressure to pour into a glass. In the case of wine, carbon dioxide avoids excessive sulfurization.
