Yeast Distilamax HT, 500g

DistilaMax® HT – active dry yeast that can be used in the production of various spirits and is particularly well suited for the fermentation of wort containing glucose (most cereals and starchy raw materials). Due to the low level of production of fusel alcohols, aldehydes and esters, they are recommended for use in the production of vodka, neutral alcohol and other alcoholic beverages with a mild aroma. This strain was selected for its ability to continue vigorous fermentation even under adverse conditions, including high fermentation temperatures, high must and alcohol concentrations. DistilaMax HT actively fermented at temperatures up to 37°C and continued active fermentation to an alcohol concentration of over 16% vol.

The standard dosage is 0.15 - 0.25 g per 1 liter of must (dosage: 150 - 250 ppm).
