Distiller for essential oil 280 l. (volume for raw materials 220 l.)

Extraction process:

1. Heating water: Water is heated until it evaporates. 
2. Passing steam through raw materials: Water vapor passes through plant raw materials (dry, fresh or semi-dry), extracting essential oils. 
3. Cooling: The mixture of water vapor and essential oils is cooled to a liquid state in a cooler. 
4. Hydrosol: The resulting liquid is called hydrosol - it is water with essential oil dissolved in it. 
5. Essential oil is separated from water using a separator due to the difference in density. 
6. Collecting essential oil: Most essential oils are lighter than water, so they rise to the surface.
