The new automation model PERVAK 4.0 is a new device with expanded functionality.

1. The built-in barometer automatically adjusts the set temperature shelf for product selection, depending on changes in atmospheric pressure, which allows, during the rectification process, which can last more than ten hours, to set the minimum size of the alcohol shelf to improve the quality of the product.

            

When the atmospheric pressure changes during the rectification process, the automation will correct the temperature shelf in accordance with the pressure changes.

 

2. Tailings extraction valve. An additional valve allows you to select tail fractions during the rectification process using a tails collection unit. (The tailings selection unit is not included in the automation delivery set) Accordingly, the tailings selection valve installed on the lower selection unit will select the tailing fractions (unload the column or MMC) at a speed specified by the operator when a certain temperature in the cube is reached. You can, for example, start collecting tailings at a rate of 200 ml per hour when the temperature in the cube reaches 90C. In order for the tailings selection valve not to work, the tailings selection temperature must be left at “100”

3. Decrement of the king. Reducing the amount of selection when the temperature in the drawer increases (green sensor) by a given amount. This feature is especially important for tray column distillations, as we know that start-stop operation is not optimal when operating on tray columns. After switching from the head selection mode to the body selection mode, the automation records the temperature of the green sensor and, as the temperature rises by every degree, reduces the selection speed by the required amount. In order not to reduce the selection speed, it is necessary to leave the value “Decrease by side” at “0”

4. Ability to change the direction of heads. We have added a “Heads down” or “Heads to the side” switch, which allows you to change the direction of the selection of heads and also allows you to install a head valve on the hanging parrot. Then, when selecting heads, the valve will be open and the heads will flow down, after switching to body selection, the valve will close and the parrot’s filling field, the body will be taken into the body selection tank.

5. Emergency stop button on the main screen.

Also in model 4.0 all the functionality of the automation model of model 2.6 is implemented

 

Liters per hour - the ability to select in % or convert to the usual liters per hour.

 

Two working powers of the head + body - now you can set different heating power for the selection of heads and for the selection of the body.

 

Selection of goals by level/time. Knowing the number of heads and the selection speed, you can select heads either by a level sensor or by a given time.

 

Temperature graphs - Ability to monitor temperatures and system logs during any process.

 

Ability to receive Push notifications on your smartphone. To activate the Function, you need to download a new version of the application for iOS or Android, having previously deleted the old one.

 

Checking valves - In the settings, you can click the check valves button and check the functionality of all valves by running the test mode.

 

We swapped the heads and body - now in the head/body switching unit the heads flow downwards, the body to the side.

 

Added the ability to change the direction of HEAD-BODY selection, now heads can be directed either to the side or down.

 

We added a kilowatt hour counter, now in the Data-Statistics tab you can see how much electricity the system has consumed in real time.

 

Pervak 4.0 automation with a web interface is a new generation controller. With the help of automation for rectification, you can fully automate the processes of distilling mash into raw alcohol, automation of rectification, automation of brewing, automation of mashing. Automation for rectification allows you to control all processes remotely, from a smartphone or computer, using an application or web interface.

 

Basic operating modes of automation for moonshine brewing:

 

- Distillation (processing mash into raw alcohol in potstill mode)

 

- Rectification with liquid selection

 

- Mashing or brewing beer (up to 10 temperature pauses and cooling with a chiller)

 

- In manual mode, automatic rectification can be used to control the following processes: Heating element power adjustment, Precise temperature maintenance in PID mode, Emergency stop of the system due to water flow, cube overheating and TSA temperature increase, Precise control of the selection speed and control of selection valves, heads and supply of cooling water, Temperature control in the cube, drawer, selection unit and TSA.

 

Automation for distillation, rectification and mashing allows you to fully automate the process of distilling mash into raw alcohol, the rectification process, the process of brewing beer and mashing grains for whiskey and bourbon.

 

The Wi-Fi module provides you with complete control and management of all automatic distillation processes. All you need is to connect the controller to a stable source of Internet connection and have access to the network on your smartphone.

 

Information synchronization time is 15 seconds.

 

When using the Pervak Application browser, you can receive push notifications about automation processes and errors.

 

The automation is designed to control heating elements or electric stoves with a power of up to 3.5 kW, which is quite enough for most processes carried out at home.
