If you are looking for a productive and reliable distiller, you are sure to find it. The main feature of this essential oil steam distiller is the extended column/plant basket. This means that despite the small volume of the distillation pot, you will get a decent amount of essential oil (up to 20 ml in 20 minutes). There are no analogues of glass distillers with such productivity.
What is the difference between the models?
We have a basic, premium and advanced set
As you probably noticed the difference in the distillation column. The column of this distiller is 4 liters, with this column volume you can make about 20 ml of rosemary oil in 20 minutes.
For example, if we take the premium or basic set (with a 2L column), we can expect only 10-12 ml of rosemary oil in 20 minutes.
This kit was made of quality M1 copper. We analyzed the data to develop the most reliable essential oil extraction system. We do not just put our logo on anything - all our products are like a work of art for us. We have perfected every detail of this set until we achieved the desired result. We know you will appreciate the difference.
How does steam distillation work?
If you don't understand the process, this information will be helpful for you.
In steam extraction, the plant material is above the pot in a basket and the water is heated under the plant material so the steam rises up through the plants. The hot steam collects the oil as it passes through the plant material, then the steam condenses back into a liquid and can then be separated. You get a hydrosol and an essential oil layer.
What do I need to start the distillation process?
1) Stove (gas or electric)
2) Water supply (central water supply, or water pump)
The package does not include a separator for essential oils.
